Cooking and baking professionally has been my life for the last decade, though I’ve been feeding my mates and family way before then. My cooking style is very simple, it's got to be something I love to eat, flavours or dishes from my past or the present that simply blew me away. My cake flavours are inspired by my travels, old secret recipes and people who continue to inspire and support me regardless. I cook from the heart.
